Just now I was walking around our apartment building I noticed a lady getting out of her car with in one hand a pair of crutches and in the other a plastic bag. She was by herself and just stood still next to her car holding the crutches and started walking very slowly. There was [...]
We know Homer Simpson likes beer, and we all know the first Dutch word MC Dan knew to say is ‘Biertje’, but the English soccer fans in Germany might have just outdone every beer drinking record:
In Nuremberg, organisers revealed 70,000 England fans who flooded the city drank 1.2MILLION pints of beer – an average of [...]

I was very frustrated with my Adobe Photoshop. About two to three months ago it started to slow down to frustrating speeds and almost freezing everything I clicked a menu or a feature. I figured it must have been some side program that wasn’t interacting right with the core of Photoshop so I started shutting [...]
The Mighty Orange lost and left it all on the field. In a soccer match that looked more like guerilla warfare then soccer the Portuguese came out on top. As we speak my parents are still trying to burn down the hotel Figo owns in the Algarve.

Have you wised-up and switched to Firefox yet? It’s faster, more secure, and more user friendly then Internet Explorer. In my opinion it even beats the new beta version of Internet Explorer 7 fair-and-square. Even though IE7 ‘borrowed’ many of the Firefox functionality it still feels like a heavy application – Firefox doesn’t. So think [...]

Today I ran 45 minutes at 6 miles per hour at our local Bally Fitness. That is a pretty good workout for me (I burned 800 calories) but that’s not my point. As I was sweating out those burgers and burritos I thought about the concept of nation-wide fitness gyms.
You see I have a Bally [...]
I’m sure everyone would like to watch TV (World Cup!) right on their desktop at work. In the past this was a complicated matter because you had to install different engines and players to actually get it to work. Now there is a painless way to do it. Just install the TVU player (download it [...]
